What are the training Equipping Tracks that will enable me to grow and become a deeper disciple of Jesus?

After a new Christian has been cleansed, filled and consolidated they will still need further help in becoming a full disciple of Jesus who is:

A bandoned to the Message

I'm thinking that if the very first thing you do after you land a new convert and get them filled with the Spirit is to TRAIN THEM TO BRING THEIR FRIEND'S FRIENDS TO THE LORD (i.e. tell them that they are the Christ Leader for their oikos and have the Spiritual Responsibility for bringing them the true message and invitation of Christ to all of them.)

B orn to Serve

Then you will then BE IMMEDIATELY FORCED TO train them to be a carer / leader for those people that they have brought into the kingdom.

C ommisioned to Raise an Army

You will be FORCED to give leadership away generationally because it will be too much for you to handle. You must train them to train the people they have reached

This will build an ever increasing army of Kingdom workers!

Gone will be the days of training new Christians to sit up, shut up and do nothing! There's God's Kingdom to be built!

Training Materials

You had better have your training materials ready and high quality! They had better be almost totally self-teachable, as-fast-as-you-want-or-need-to-go and on-the-job learnable! God's Kingdom is forcefully advancing!

Train them to be Kingdom Builders not pew sitters!
Equip them into fruitfulness, not stagnation!

Our message to new converts should be: get filled & cleansed, go get 'em, get ready to care for them and teach them to care for the ones they will catch! We'll help you but it’s primarily your responsibility before God. You'll need to depend on God first for your supply. Welcome to the life of faith. :)
